According to what you've posted so far on various threads-
Your grandfather was Chief Ahmed, born 1898 in Aden, with occupation as fireman (at sea), stayed in U.K. 'nearly 15 years' and married Mary Jane Williamson (1925 South Shields), had three children and died in 1928-
See especially reply #3  http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=782824.msg6374115#msg6374115

The death of  My Father was in 1988
documents were entered in Britain from 1925 to 1934
How is it that died 1928
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Your recent post said . . . . .

"I bought and read about Mary and the family but I have no documentary evidence of my father's death 1928

The death of  My Father was in 1988"

You really need to review what you post, preferably before you actually send it.
Or, should I say that, WE need you to check what you say before you actually send it.

WE ARE trying to help you, you need to help us understand what you are after, and why.

I mean what you say about him is married and has three children
He died in 1928
I said my father died in 1988 in Aden

Following on from the Chief Ahmed/Mary Williamson in 1925 they had these children - is one of them your father?

"Groom"

You know that I do not do assumptions.

Trying to point out that even minor "typos" sends us all off in different  directions.
Various Saleh/Salawi "family" members inc 1939 in other threads
"Bainbridge"?

I have read about this book to my father
I would like to decrypt and know what is written
But I do not know you are talking about if you wanted the British passport
I want to know my father's series is not
I am starting with you from 0 to know where to get
But you ask his wife Mary and have children

I told you this information, I do not think it belongs to my father
My father died in 1988 in Aden after he left Britain and died there

You have attached a copy of a travel document with the comment: “I would like to see this testimony and I hope you will give me more.” Can you explain simply and clearly what it is you want to know?

The document you have posted is a travel document issued by the Home Office in London in 1933 to enable Chief Ahamed travel from the UK to “Arabia via Egypt”. The type of document is one issued to someone who has no valid passport and who, for one reason or another, cannot obtain one. It was for a single journey. The document does not confer any nationality on the person using it.
