Can this be coloured please? My Parents wedding photograph from 1948

My parents in 1948; both with dark hair but dad blue eyes and mum brown.  Her coat and hat were a gentle shade of pink.

Do you have a preference to the colour of Dad's suit and tie ? Black, Grey, Charcoal, Navy ?
The extra part on the scan is not a problem it can be cropped out.

I'm guessing that it would have been a dark navy;  sadly neither of them are still with us to ask.

I think it might show up darker if it was dark navy, Jan. Is it possible it could be a grey? I remember that particular grey with white pinstripe.

Added - I say this because I was a flower girl at a cousin's wedding in 1949 and her husband's grey suit shows up like this in  the photos we have.

Here we go. If you would like any colour changes please do ask. I.e You might like some brown tone to hair or something else. I also was not sure if the veil/netting on the hat would colour coded pink as well, but my wife says it looks better as white with the pink hat etc.
