is anyone able to look up the birth record of the above person as I an unable to find who his parents are -I have the census records of when he came to England but not when he  left Dublin - I believed he married in 1823 to Ann/ Elizabeth nee Sproston but was a widower and was previously Munslow. would appreciate any assistance on this Thanks Glenys Queensland Australia.

Unfortunately Civil Registration of births only commenced in 1864.
For earlier dates we have to look at church records.
