6 Canadian CCS was in Cranleigh Surrey until it went to France some time after D Day.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,

Just for info and to save duplication.  Katie has had difficulty posting the record to here so has sent it to me direct, it has dates on it also.  However, it appears to be a copy made of just part of an RAF record and some bits appear to be in error,  Rippenstone is probably Ripponden, Southwood is probably Southwold and 6 Canadian CCS (in Dec 1944 in France) coming between Chigwell and Morecambe doesn't make a lot of sense.  It could be 6 CCS which was in UK.
We are clarifying the situation.
