Hi, the man on the left as you look at the photograph looks to be wearing the badge of the Gordon Highlanders.

Added. The right hand side man "May" be wearing the Royal Scots Fusiliers badge.

This quoted post seems to be confusing the issue.
Surely the Black Watch is a separate regiment and is not connected with the Gordon Highlanders:

Hi Frank,

I would say it's definitely a Gordon Highlanders cap badge, see the attached photo of one I have on the tartan backing cloth.

I have to agree, it does look like the right cap badge, the other man on the right of picture was in the Royal Wesh Fusilliers.
