Lydia Fletcher a Spinster passed on in 1880 aged 28 with her Father William Fletcher a Carpenter as witness. Is there a baptism for her please? Hoping for a Mothers name etc. Probably not Catholic.

There is a Lydia FLETCHER recorded as attending the Quaker Meeting House in Lurgan in 1857
She is listed with (in order)
Margaret FLETCHER
Mary Elizabeth FLETCHER
Norton John FLETCHER
Lydia FLETCHER
Joseph FLETCHER
Margaret FLETCHER

Lydia and William's burials as listed in the Quaker records
As is a Margaret FLETCHER d Aug 13 1887 wife of William
LINK #195
However there may have been more than one Margaret Fletcher but it seems to states w/o weaver

Mary Elizabeth FLETCHER  is listed as attending the Quaker School aged 11 in 1852 => bc1841
Norton John FLETCHER is listed as attending the Quaker School aged 11 in Nov 1855 => bc1844
Margaret FLETCHER is listed as attending the Quaker School aged 11 1/6 in Jan 1862 => bc Dec 1850
Joseph FLETCHER is listed as attending the Quaker School aged 10 4/12 in Mar 1866 => bc Dec 1855
All are shown as the children of William and Margaret
There is no school record for a Lydia but if this is the same family you have a first name for the mother!

Are you sure that her father was a carpenter? The death record states that she was the daughter of a carpenter but the informant is not described as her father - it could be a brother or other relative
