The message sent to Dorset FHS:

"My late aunt was the daughter of Beatrice Elsie Toop of Winton Bournemouth.  She has left me the Toop family Bible and over 60 photographs of the family.  The Bible records all the births, marriages and deaths from 1881 to 1986.  The photos all have names and dates on the back and are from around the turn of the twentieth century. I think this archive belongs with the Toop family and would be happy to pass them on to a present member of the family if they would arrange collection or pay for postage. Please let me know of anyone who may be interested.
Beatrice Elsie Toop was known as Trixie and was born in 1901. Her married name was Legg and she died in 1981."

The items are in Bishop Auckland, Co Durham.

A quick bit of initial research shows that Beatrice only had sisters (several!) - so no Toop will be descended from then, and so the beneficiary has as much "right" to the Bible as any descendants from any of the sisters - none will be Toops.

GOing back a generation does reveal that Beatrice's Dad (James bn 1850ish) did have older brothers - so there may be Toops descended from one of them.  They are George, William, John and Thomas, all bn Charlton Marshall, Dorset
Family can be seen on 1861 at RG9 1332 39 20  , with Beatrices Dad James as a baby.

Thanks lizdb;  I was hoping there might be a Rootschatter who had the Toop line in their tree as the person who sent the message does not appear to want it or to be researching his family history.
