I am trying my best to find a photo of Mr Frederick Sedley. I have reason to believe that the person I am looking for is Lt. Col. Frederick Sedley Alessi, 5th. Marquis of Taflia or at least related to him.

The person I am after should have served as Superintendent of Police in Malta between 1845 - 1858.
