Payton-Hoyle Marriage, Bradford, 1949?

I have an index listing for a marriage between a James Payton and Hoyle, no initial, first quarter of 1949.
It is shown as Bradford, Vol 2b page 468.
I am trying to find out if this was a James Gabriel Payton.
The wife could have been Elizabeth Mary, or Mary Elizabeth.
Can anyone look this up or can someone tell me how to get it. I'm in Vancouver Canada, so local look-ups are not possible unless maybe this info is available at a library that I could contact by phone. I have a scan of the index but didn't want to post it as I'm not sure if that is proper.

I'm not even sure it's the correct people so I'll do some more digging and see if I can find something that confirms it. I don't need documents anyway.
