In that case you should be able to find him in 1911

unless the 6 is 6 months!

The 6 could be six months - I've seen examples quoted on Rootschat where 'months' have become 'years' in the GRO index.
On freeBMD the death is recorded as '0' years which indicates under 12 months

So possibly the first child died and they named a later one after him. How many children does she say she has on the 1911?

The 1911 has been completed badly with information written in the wrong columns only 1alive 1died is give but two living Children are given on census. Other possible children can be found on GRO index.
