what date -early1800's? mid? late?
Was Hannah married? If so when and who to?
With a not uncommon name like Cook we need as much information as possible

I have just reached same conclusion
Baptism 13 Jan 1822 Laxton
Saltmarsh in the Parish of Howden
Laxton is a chapelry of Howden

so it makes sense
