Is Mary still alive in 1861 - does that give a place of birth?

I know that Mary was from Sussex, but I do not have a place name. I also know she died after 1851 Census, but have no idea when she died.

I think Mary and family are in Shoreditch (Hoxton) in 1861, recorded as Parker. It's possible it's an s on the end of that name, but more like an r?

Henry parker = Henry Thomas Parks ~ 02-04-1837 Finsbury Middlesex
Wal Parker = Walter John Parks ~ 1840
Emma Parker = Emma Elizabeth Parks ~11-03-1832 Brighton Sussex

Great we have the bural date of William 07-06-1841
It would be great if the in the Islington Register of Paupers Settlement book of 1846 can be found.

Since the exam was dated 27 May, and William was buried 7 June, perhaps you shouldn't expect too much from it.
We could do with a death for Mary after 1861.
