Do you have any sailors in these photos?
The two men in the back row Mum +have large white splashes ... I thought it was sun or glare or something on their collars, but then I began to wonder if they were sailor collars.

Were the two photos taken at the same time or are there a few years in between.
The people in the two photos look so much alike, and yet different.
I think they look like they were taken quite close together looking at Mum, well maybe a year or two between!  My uncle & my Dad were both in the Navy but I don't recognise the men in the photo.

Sorry, nothing spectacular, but I had to try.
Some people seem to pair up in the photos, so annoying that you can't see who they are.

I think the first one is quite good. Well done, thank you

I'd put Mum first and Granpa as the second one with as you say a couple of years between.
Perhaps those are sailor colors then.
Pity I couldn't be of any more help. I hope that you will have a light bulb moment some time, and you will be able to find out who you have there.
All the best
