PCC stands for Prerogative Court of Canterbury - the most important of the probate courts before 1858

The will can found on Ancestry (indexed as Withly) and on TheGenealogist.co.uk

You can also get it from the National Archives http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D330259

I do have a subscription to ancestry.  I do know familysearch.org has digital copies of many of the will of New York.  Are the wills also digitized there?  Thanks once again.

Would you be so kind as to send me the URL on ancestry.  I did a search for George Withly 1798 Bath and nothing is coming up.  Thanks again
