I have for some years been trying to trace the origins of my 6 times grandparents William Soal(l) and Clementine Benson. They moved to Edmonton after their first child was born an are buried there. Ant ideas would be most a-ppreciated.

I have asked you if you have their burials in case it has their ages to give us some idea when their baptism will be

There is a Catholic baptism record for a Clementina Benson in Hungary but I am unable to access record?

Sorry I meant that I knew when they were born but not where. It looks like 1748 for William and 1757 for Clementina.

Spellings were rather fluid, so could this be a possibility:

2 Jan 1748/9 St Leonards Shoreditch
William son of William & Eliz Saul of Holywell Lane. Born Decr the 14th & Baptised the 2nd Instant
