Hi Everyone,

I am Looking for information for David Noah Cross, I have found his Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery 1953, he was 87 yrs old putting his d.o.b at 1866, but in some of the censuses he put's 1873 -1875 in the 1921 Canada census he state's he was born in England and emigrated 1878.

His wife was Frances Sarah Morton and they married in Quebec.

Any Help would be Grately appreciated

Is he on the 1881 Canadian census to confirm his date of emigration?  There is no birth in England/Wales for a David Noah Cross

When did he marry Frances?  Any parental details on either his marriage or death cert?

Francis May Cross (spinster) 23 years - daughter of David and Frances Cross - married John Luxton (widower) 32 years. Sworn 3 March 1919 York Ontario.

David Edmond Cross - 7 March 1898 - passed away  5 Apr 1997 - Akron, Summit, Ohio, USA.
Mothers Maiden Name was Morton. Married.  Last Residence 44313 Akron, Summit, Ohio.

Couple had a daughter Joanne Rith Cross in 1923 -Toronto Canada.  Mother maiden name Agnes Mae McCormack.  Father David E Cross.  Joanne married Carl Sturgess Springer aged 33 year on 3 July 1950 which makes him born 1917. Carl was a green keeper. Father Taylor Springer and Anna Mae Yoho.  He had been previously married once before. No.4614 - 21 February 1949 Pasco County Florida.
