Both of us have asked you where Minnie's nephew was buried (since you originally said "is reportedly buried with her nephew, and a few other family members in Desertmartin") but since you haven't answered us it's rather difficult to help with information or suggest what, if any, resources might be useful.

If it's the Church of Ireland there are some gravestone inscriptions here-

https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/2520379/Kilcronaghan-Parish-Churchyard
The Church of Ireland keep burial registers so you could try contacting the church to see if there's a burial record- will show name of deceased & date of burial and possibly age, residence and plot number.

If there is no gravestone then there will be no inscription to be recorded. If you had given us the full details from the start it would have saved time searching and posting useless details. Unfortunately, most Catholic churches didn't keep burial records but since you already know the location you can check to see if they do hold records for Minnie's burial.

I was asking for help with the burial records, which their would have been.

There was a gravestone but it only said the Regan Family hence why trying to establish who was their.
