1591 will - help needed with missing words

I have managed to unravel a reasonable amount of this one but I really am struggling with a number of words that I hope will make sense of this section.

following first I commit my soule into t[he] hands of almighty
god and my body to be buried where it shall pleasae
almighty god. Item I give unto Jane Skortred my wyfe
her heirs and assignes all my ** ** ** **
** in Wysbitch brinke(?) Also it shall please god
my wyfe to be with child I give and bequeath y[e] sayd **
** my sayd child after y[e] decease of Jane Skortred my
wyfe also I will ** if my wyfe shall not be with(?) child
or if ye child shall ** one of ** transitorie **
then I will ** after ye decease of my wife my
** in ye ** of Martin Dexson
& Isabell Scortred shgall discend to Ale **
& Richard ** my sisters children to be
equally divided betwixt them two.

Some suggestions ...

nanc(es) in Wysbitch brinke

(a modern map of Wisbech shows South Brink and North Brink running alongside the River Nene)

... bequeath ye sayd Ten(eme)nt(es)
to(?) ^my^ sayd child

(maybe a deletion after to ?)

... also I will yt if my wyfe ... (= that)

... shall dep(ar)te out of this transitorie lyeffe (= life)

ten(eme)nt(es) now in ye occupac(i)on of Martin (?)erson
(Are you sure it’s a capital D? Could it be a P (Person/Pearson)? Are there any others in the document, for comparison?)

So this is not only 'old' writing, they have chucked in shorthand for good measure  :) No wonder I have been struggling and needed the help of those with more experience.

Many parts of your suggestions make sense and the surname is probably a variation of Pierson.

I'll update the transcription.

Looks good. A few minor spelling/transcription details ...

line 1 – comit (only 1 m visible and no obvious contraction above)
line 4 – hir heires (3rd and 4th letters of heires unclear, but definitely ends -es)
line 5 – brincke (with -ck-)
line 7 – deceasse
line 8 – yf my wyfe ... w(i)t(h) child
last line – devided (with e)
