It's definitely Kin.... - I thought Kinax at first but didn't think it was a word  :-X

There is no other street name on enumerators schedule for 1851 that looks like this (Kings, Church, Finkle etc are all there) , though I appreciate it was a good long time between this map and 1851 so a name may have gone out of use in that time.  But if not, then I guess it is just a continuation of King Street, written as Kings Street and not clearly.
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex

Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

Twizzling it round so the orientation matches a modern map, I think the street in question must be what is now Horse Fair Green.
