It's labelled 1725.

Nothing on early OS maps.

Sadly can't find an old map on nls. Finkle St & Horse Fair Green are south of King Street now & Church St is east - perhaps the orientation of the sketch is not north to top?

eg

in 1901, just put in "lived in Thorne", and a list comes up.
First person, brings you to someone in District 11,,  go to page 1, and it looks like the right area.

Roads mentioned are -
South parade, Bridge Street, Kings Street, Wikegate, Road,
also
Stonegate, Church Lane, Silver Street, Field side, North Field Road
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

Here's the sketch with unknown road up the right way. Could it be Kinax or Knox?

Here's a link to nls side by side

Interesting because there is a [?] Hnry Ellison mentioned - most of the names around must be tenants/owners.
