This Family was from Kolomyya this is from the birth of the daughter in 1909, I think the 1915 date relates to when the parents went through a civil marriage, they were Jewish but the state did not recognize these.

Statement:
Entered on 11/9/1939 z. 1999
Based on the protocol from 11/9/1939 z. 1999 written in the registry office in Kołomyja the following was stated:
"Kasiel ..... Knopper, cabman from Kołomyja admitted the paternity of the child and requested to be clearly entered as the father. According to the marriage register ... office in (Kołomyja) 1915 360 242 parents of the child got married in Kołomyja on 16/3/1915 and as a result the child was legitimised."

Here are the names and notes from the 1915 marriage
It seems the couple had a still born child in 1911 and that she had a child with Leon Griffel in 1912, noted he was a signatory on the above birth record
