Is he the one who was born in 1850 and buried on 22nd January 1923 in Hailsham?

If you do another couple of posts you will be able to message the person who is researching your great grandfather.

I can't see anyone researching Hosmer in the surname interests.  The only name that comes up is Osman. 

Where did you find the information about another person researching Hosmer?

Added:  Ah, did you search for threads mentioning the surname Hosmer as several of those appear?

If it helps he is the son of Lilly and Ruth Hosman on the 1861 census Heathfield Sussex age 38 and 35 nee Wood .
They married 24 Sep 1842 and his father was called Edward.
