Help Please with Banns/Dispensation in Church Records!

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me decipher some references to Banns/Dispensation on
two marriges in church records.


I would like to know what the initials  D.S or D H mean under the heading Denuntiationes on this marriage record - Hoping I will be able to attach two photos....

I think Denuntiationes means Publications  possibly publication of the banns??

The second query also relates to a marriage entry in a church record -   

It says "Dispensaton in 4 & 4  IV ( could be 10) - Con Gratibus"

Does the 4& 4 refer to months maybe?   Not sure if it is 10 or IV after that.

I don't know what the Con Gratibus means?  Is it with guidance???

I would appreciate any help .

4X4 degrees of con(sanguinity) I think.

Better to post on the deciphering board, some Latin experts there. Add the word Latin in the title and just post a link to this thread and ask if they will have a look.

  I went through a lot of those links but I still can't translate exactly what is on those marriage certs.  I didn't find exactly what I was looking for.  It 's late so will look at them again tomorrow.

I did Latin in school a long time ago but have forgotten most of it now!!
