I can't make out the handwriting for the second cause of death

Hi There,

I can't make out the handwriting for the second cause of death ....... 7 weeks.

Also I can't quite make out the name of the person that certified? So would like to know that also.

Would be grateful if anyone can help?

I believe the physician may be L. Paulley L.R.C.P.

There was a Legge PAULLEY who was a GP in Norfolk in 1891. :)

Perhaps the deceased was James HARRIS of Tivetshall.
