It is somewhat unclear as to what you are looking, and in what time period. (Lack of any punctuation at all just jumbles it all together.)

I think you are looking for the parents of Sarah Devlin, and that you have found her birth. What date and where was that?  (that information is needed in trying to find them).

How is Sarah related to 'Hugh and Margaret'? Is Hugh's surname Mcorry, as you have quoted in brackets after Margaret's name), or was this her maiden name?
It could be either, as you have previously put the maiden name of Peter's wife Jane in brackets after her name - at least that's presuming the 'm' in the brackets means 'maiden name'.

It pays to be quite specific about what information you have, and what it is you want to find out, for anyone to try and help you.

Start with the date and birth place of Sarah Devlin, if that's the last piece of information you have.
Lane, Burgess: Cheshire. Finney, Rogers, Gilman:Derbys
Cochran, Nicol, Paton, Bruce:Scotland. Bertolle:London
Bainbridge, Christman, Jeffs: Staffs

Yes as above
Above where? You've mentioned Catholic records and Ballyknock & Hillsborough  but neither is an R.C. parish :-\
Ballyknock townland (west of Hillsborough)- https://www.townlands.ie/down/iveagh-lower-upper-half/moira/ballyknock/

It's still difficult to follow the details you've posted and what you might be looking for. This is what I can see so far-

Peter Devlin married Jane McKee
1. Hugh Devlin (1823 Ireland-1881 Scotland) m.(March 1842 Hillsborough) Margaret McCrory, daughter of William McCorry & Margaret Johnson
     1. Elizabeth Devlin, bapt. 10 Apr.1843 Ballyknock?
     2. child born 1846 Scotland
2. Sarah Devlin (1825), baptism found

Possibly this is the record you found-
Peter DEVLIN (Moira) of Ballyknock; husband of Jane McKee; father of Sarah bpt. 23 Oct 1825 at St. Colman's Catholic Church, Kilwarlin
Lots of other Devlin records there-
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rosdavies/SURNAMES/D/Devlin.htm

Map of Catholic parishes- https://registers.nli.ie/#home_map

Have you check to see how far back the church records go? it may be that earlier records aren't available which means you may have reached a dead end.

Scroll down page for history of St. Colman's R.C. Church, Hillsborough-

Added- Magheralinn R.C. Parish records start 1815-

We have no idea where you've already search unless you tell us at the start. It also saves us wasting time and effort finding unwanted information unless you tell us exactly what you are looking for at the start.

Have you posted in the Surname Interest Tables (SIT) in case someone else is looking for the same families?

Added- previous topic on Margaret where you give her maiden name as Currie not McCorry-
