Hi Trish

That's great news, that might also help me trace another of my missing Camprion's. I have a Mary Campion, who I believe Was baptised in Great Shelford in 1696, I have possible parents Thomas Campion baptised Trumpington 1667 married to Mary Gilby. If I could marry up these 2 families that would be great.

Many thanks for all your great work

David :D :D

In case you're not aware, the two churches stood no more than a couple of yards away from each other.  One had a vicar, the other a rector.  The remnants of the wall of All Saints can still be seen in the churchyard, and St Vigor is now known as St Vigor with All Saints.
