Hi again
The Uridge, Euridge One-Name Study website speculates that she might have been the daughter of Thomas.
http://uridge.org/Euridge_Uridge-p/p31.htm#i759

They also mention a possible sister, Hannah
Marriage in Buxted, 3 May 1741
Edward Colbran and Hannah Uridge

That's where that bit of luck re Mary's marriage comes in. It being the first in the new register, following Hardwicke's Marriage Act.
One of the witnesses was Edward Colbrand. Could he have been Mary's brother in law?
John
