Maggie Strachan cause of death

Hi, I have attached an excerpt from the 1883 death register of my five year old grand aunt. Can anyone decipher the cause of death for me please. I read it as "Acute yellow ?? of Liver" and I think the doctor is John Mackay. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Brilliant, thank you very much. I have also found on her thirteen year old brothers' death register two years later that the doctor was John Barclay, not MacKay as I thought. Thanks again.
