I met up with a distant cousin last night, and he asked if I (we!) could help with his ancestry?

His grandfather was Carl Gustav Karlsson, born 3rd August 1887 in Stockholm.
He migrated to the UK, and married Hannah Maria Bailey in the December qtr 1911, in Bristol.

If he died in Bristol in 1945 he was born 1879 which would tie in with the age on the marriage. I don't know anything about Swedish records either.

You are right there KG     Hopefully someone with swedish knowledge will pick this up once the festivities are over.

I have taken a look here in Sweden but nothing as of yet.
To make any kind of head way I would like his children's names and any other info they have also how do they know he came from Stockholm. And can his date of birth be reliable.
