Can anyone let me know where I can apply for a maltese birth certificate if I do not have the mother,s name :)

Good morning, I have hopefully attached a link to the official site below, although they ask for both parents names I have found in the past that they are extremely helpful and if you can give one parents name and the date of birth plus a quick note that explaining the situation they will go ahead with the application.
