Could someone please clean off the scum blooming of Thomas and Lily's marriage 1942 Debyshire

I'm more after a clean of original black and white for my tree but colour attempt would be a surprise.

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth
