I never knew that the B in Glenn B Richards stood for Bascom. As always you have surpassed all expectations. Just Julia Richards / B.W.Rogers to find

Yes the dates work for Julia. Had hoped she would turn up in the 1940 Census, living in Akron, Ohio, as she was there in 1951

There is no Julia Evans with the birth date 22 August 1901 listed on the SSDI which was fully up and running by 1962/62.  So perhaps she had passed away before then.  Also tried any Julia with that birth date and nothing showed.

It is strange, as I have got all the other children of Elizabeth & Julius Richards Snr. and their respective partners. She could have another christian name. In some of the census records it shows Glenn B Richards and then you find the correct information for Bascom Glenn Richards. A brick wall to be knocked down, in the future.

Sorry, Anne R Richards is married to Thomas Evans, which leaves Julia married to B.W.Rogers  :)

Last question
I have Annie Richards born Alabama 1898 and her sister
Julia Richards, born Alabama 1901
One of the above married T.N.Evans & the other married B.W. Rogers
In 1951 both of the above were living in Akron

I have found Anne R Evans married to Thomas H Evans in the 1930 census, living in Akron. Not 100% sure this is Annie Richards ?

These two articles make the connections and gives their husband's names.

 Miss Colwell, whose engagement to Lieut. Thomas H. Evans, jr., was announced recently, was honored at the tea given Wednesday by Lieutenant Evans' mother, Mrs. Thomas H. Evans, at her home, 436 Orlando av. Guests were received from 3 to 5 p. m. Lieutenant Evans' aunt, Mrs. Bruce Rogers, 500 N. Portage Path, gave a luncheon for Miss Colwell on Friday.

As a farewell courtesy to her sister. Mrs. Thomas H. Evans, 436 Orlando av., who is leaving to spend the winter at Miami, Fla., Mrs. Bruce W. Rogers, 682 W. Market St., win entertain with a buffet supper party at her home Friday evening.

=====================

There are tons of articles about the two of them & their familes in the Akron papers as well as pictures of them and some of their children.

Julia's name was "Jule", not Julia. She died in 1985.
