Walston Churchyard Grave Site Photo Request
« on: Friday 29 December 17 00:52 GMT (UK) »
Hello! Can anyone provide a photograph of a grave site / headstone located in the Walston Churchyard? Specifically, I would like the grave of William Hogg who is listed as buried along with Margaret Fordyce (Fordice). If you are able to take a photograph I would greatly appreciate it as this is my 7th generation great grandfather. I have a map of the Churchyard I received permission to copy and send for this purpose - contact me directly and I'll email. Thank you for your help.

How to create a memorial at Find A Grave.

You could join Find A Grave (free) and create a memorial page for William Hogg and then request a photograph - its explained here -  How to submit a photo request.  Hope this helps.

Lanarkshire Family Historical Society have a book listing all the monumental inscriptions in the graveyard.  Perhaps if you email them with your details they may tell you what they know. Might even have a photograph.

Hope this might help.
