Looking for date of marriage for Myrtle Eliza ROBERTS 1941

Myrtle Eliza ROBERTS daughter of Alice PARSONS & Henry ROBERTS & Raymond Allen HERRON's marriage was registered in country Queensland in 1941. Registration No: C1003. [QLD BMD]

I am unable to locate a transcript of the marriage and am hoping for some assistance.

If you just want the date you can narrow it down by putting in sub-ranges of the year on the QLD search until you figure out what month and day it was.

Interestingly despite the year on the reg being 1941 it appears it was a boxing day marriage - 26th December 1940, presumably due to some delay in official registration over the holiday period.
