Soldier help please RMF

I am trying to find any information about D MURPHY. no 7399, Royal munster fusiliers, can't seem to find him in medal index.
Any help appreciated

He has the 1914 Star with the RMF as D Murphy.  He was transferred to the Royal Irish Regiment as 2G/1323 and appears on the British War and Victory medals rolls as Denis Murphy.  Discharged 21 Sep 1916 "no longer etc" (sic).

PS  The National Archives and thus FindMyPast have given his number as 132314.  This is an error, the 14 belongs to the word Star which comes next on the card.  They also give his first regiment as the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, also an error.
