Help needed with names from a 1651 will

I would appreciate some assistance with a couple of names

Line 2 - it looks like Milfred Painture, but what does it really say?

Line 3 - is it Dudley Lowe?

Dudley Lope - but please check for another capital L in the will to confirm the initial.

Could it be Dudley Pope? The initial looks so similar to that in Pairtree

OK, Dudley Pope appears to have  married Margaret Swaine at Rampton, Cambs on 17.08.1640

I have absolutely no idea how these fit in with the mob I am excavating

Margaret Swayne was Margaret Twelve (she is the testators sister in law), married Thomas Swayne at Wisbech in Jul 1638 and he died in Mar 1638/9
