Missing child of George and Emily James (1885-1911)

In the 1911 census my cousin George James (born 1860) and his wife Emily (Leonard) (born about 1859), state they have had six children, five living and one dead.  I have found five of the children.  They are:
George Cecil James born 20 June 1885 in Lambeth, Surrey, England.
John Leonard James born 11Feb. 1887, Dublin Ireland.
Albert Arthur James, born 19 April, 1890, Middlesex Tower, London England.
Harold James, born 26 October 1891, Middlesex Tower, London England, and
Frank James, born about 1895, East Ham, Essex, England.

I have found all of them after 1911.

George and Emily married in Faversham, Kent 07 August 1883.
George joined the army 29 May 1879 and was discharged 12 August 1905.  Only the first four children are on his record.
I believe that the missing child may have been born and died between census, but cannot find him/her.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked  then using the mother's maiden name search, or was it a still birth ?

I checked using mmn, but nothing jumped out at me.  I don't know if it was a still birth, but they did say had died on 1911 census, so I presumed born alive.

I got it from his military records Louisa.  They were married at St Stephens West.  I know I had trouble finding it elsewhere too.  Don't know if I ever did.  Military records were on FindMyPast.

There are banns for this couple showing marriage 07/08/1883, no marriage shown, they were showing as "both of the parish"

Maybe he or she was born in a different country?  Father was in the army and I see one was born in Ireland.

Perhaps that is it Louisa because I have not found it.  I have found that Janes and James are interchangeable.  My great grandfather kept it as James when he came out here, but his siblings, who stayed in England, mostly used Janes.  This George and his children mostly used James.  Further back they were spelt Jeanes and Jones, but that was when literacy was low, and they were from Sommerset, which I am led to believe is a broad accent.

Perhaps they fibbed to the army.  In 1881 census he was in London.

Yes I was trying to work out if there was enough time for two to be born in Ireland.  I will check his military record tomorrow to see how long he was there as it is after 11 and I should be in bed.
