to Anne the daughter of Richard
Tylney in ...

Can anyone help me with the next word?

It may help to know that the testator lived in Wisbech

It's Norff.

This link suggests the meaning is the County of Northampton:

ADDED:

Or perhaps Norfolk?  Northampton is usually shortened to Northt.

Looking again I think Norfolk is most likely.

Thanks, I think Norfolk is more logical given that parts of it are very near to Wisbech
