Richard Naylor, Ironmonger at 16 Red Lion Street Holborn, Middlesex
« on: Monday 01 January 18 17:22 GMT (UK) »
I have 1841 and 1852 directory references to the subject person at the stated address and also have a copy of his Will made 30 July 1852 at the stated address. The Will, proved at London 16 Nov 1855, made a bequest to a niece (Mrs. Elizabeth Highfield ?? of Everton near Liverpool) and to Mary Ann Catherine Mills?? or Gulle ?? or Sulle ? whose husband is Nicholas, a Messenger for the National Guardian Institution, Bedford Row, Middlesex.

I have been searching for Richard Naylor in the 1841 and 1851 for Middlesex with no success. I had hoped to find the census  records for Red Lion Street but can't figure out how to do that (using Ancestry.com).
Willy, Willey, Gifford, England, Fry, Pittard (all in Kingsbury Episcopi Parish, Somerset); Forster (Warkworth, Northumberland; and Isle of Thanet, Kent); & Cartwright & Hancock (Birkenhead, Cheshire)

Nicolaus Hulle, bachelor
Mary Ann Ertjen, spinster
Marriage    14 Nov 1815, St George in the East

Both of this parish. Witnesses hard to read but could be John Steen and  J ?onall
