Prettejohns, Norman

Hello All,
I am at a loss to find anything more about this man other that what is on the Auckland Cenotaph site, his mother's will, and a brief mention of being a POW in 1942 from Papers Past.
He was obviously born after 1917 as he is not listed on BDM's.
Be warned - this surname can be spelt Prettyjohn, Prettejohn, and Prettijohn. All with or without the "s" at the end.
To find when and where he died would be wonderful.

Yes, he was born in Christchurch, so the publication in the "Press" does make sense. Perhaps she was too - more investigations to be done.
