I'm stumped with just one word on the attached segment of a death registration 

Line 5 after "under pentothal & ....."

Any suggestions?

could it be "eulissin" ?

Just searched for eulissin and it seems it was a muscle relaxant.  So I think it definitely is eulissin.

Yes, I was just about to suggest eulissin too.

The letters are quite clear, except for the first one which at first glance I thought was a "c" - option 2, was "e", which google confirmed as a "thing", but you just beat me to it by a whisker or two.
