Nurse Registration
« on: Friday 05 January 18 15:32 GMT (UK) »
Please where would I go to find out about Nurses. The years I am looking at are between 1920 to 1960. If they were registered, and they also were a Nun, were they too registered. I am in Australia so hopefully there is something on line.

Her name was Dora Mitchell b1888 Kilroosk Leitrim
Known as Sister M Benedict of the Bon Secours Order
Took her Final Vows 1924 in Paris
Trained as a nurse
I know as a Nun she was in different places over those years.
I have her movements between 1936 and 1949
Died Dublin 1954

Nothing much more I know.
Thank you
