Has anyone experience of Short on line genealogy courses .Any recommendations would be appreciated.

There is the free FutureLearn one which quite a few of us did a couple of years ago. Some found it too basic bit I believe they have improved it after feedback.

The FutureLearn course was interesting, and it would be helpful to a beginner, but for those who are a little more experience  may not learn anything they don't already know ;)

Greenrig when I go into the link you give for Strathclyde University it look like this costs around £149.
Am I correct or have I looked at the wrong course.

As groom says, this is the free course run by Strathclyde University. The next edition of the course begins on Monday 29 January 2018. As it's so soon it may be worth doing while you try to find other courses.
