Yes I have. His mother is Elizabeth Larsdotter. He was born out of wedlock, his father is presumed to be Gustaf Emil Tillander. The Household examination and in/out records show him and his brother in Boras at that time and one record shows that the lived in the same house but different years.

I traced Lisa, Hilda and Carl up to 1865 finding nothing significant other than Carl had a sister not a brother.
Just wondering why you presume Gustaf Emil Tillander was the father?

I am puzzled though, how I cannot find the birth of Magareta Cathrina Svedberg from Simtuna. I don't know if I have missed something but she just isn't there. Most of her records state she was from there meaning a mistake perhaps mislaid her record.
I took a look in the neighbouring parishes without much luck.

I was unable to find a birth record for Magareta Cathrina Svedberg either.

I don't know for sure if Gustaf was the father but I am making a reasonable assumption. I'm sorry, when I said brother I meant Gustaf Emil's brother Carl George. There were 3 Tillanders that were in Borås during the 1842-1844 time period according to Husförhörslängder, Inflyttning and Utflyttning records.

Gustaf Emil Tillander born 9/9/18 and his brother Carl Geo born 5/25/1826

Just noticed the surname Tillander for Carl Gustaf in this record (crossed out). I wonder why the father's name wasn't on his and his sister's birth record because sometimes the mother was forced to say who the father was and the father being fined.. Maybe she wanted to protect him.
I have seen many records with the father recorded for illegitimate children.

I have heard about the father being fined. That could be the reason. I see other names crossed out as well so I am not sure what this indicates.

When the minister crosses out names it usually means that the person has moved.
