Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me decipher this extract from a will. I can figure out up until their names are mentioned but everything after that I can't

I leave my son John the Field next Sparrows in the Parish of downham
Item I leave my son Nathaneel the middle Field joining to the above mention(e)d Field
Item I leave my son Henry the further Mead joining to the last mentioned Field
