There is a baptism for a William Watton 2 June 1805 if Feckenham which is abour 5 miles south of Tardebigg, parents William and Susannah.

Thanks but pretty sure it should be nearer 1800. Census records have William and family in Bromsgrove

The subscription transcription index for Worcestershire https://www.fhs-online.co.uk/ has a single entry for a William WATTON in Tardebigge between 1790 and 1810 of 1799.

Sorry I don't have a sub, searches are free but redacted.
