Born in Barbados c 1816

In 1841. 1851 and 1881 Hugh Perch born c 1816  Barbados is found in England with various members of the same family, Litherland and Williamsons. He died unmarried in 1886.
Can anyone help find who his parents were. I have a feeling his mother may have been a Litherland.
