Can anyone help me find a family in 1861 please?

My big problem is there is no Elijah registered in GRO but Eliza was registered in Q3 1850 but the 1851 has ELIJAH son  8 m in the male column very clearly. It is odd that there is no Eliza she grew up and married but there is no other sighting of an Elijah so seeing the 1861 census will sort out my thoughts that some how Eliza has been recorded as a son Elijah in 1851

What was Israels wifes maiden name

Burrows both  their families are next to each other on the 1841 census Israel son of James Hickman and ANN (nee FLAVELL) Ann dau of SAMUEL and Ann BURROWS
I think there is a second couple Hickman /Burrows having children about the same time but not Dudley District
Elijah can't be the one mother TIMMINS he was born after the census

I can't see a birth reg for any Hickman /Burrows births around that time anywhere

The son Israel was registered as Israel HICKMANS, mmn Burrows, Dec qtr 1855 Dudley.

Looks like someone has done a sweep of Hickman(s) families in the Sedgley area in 1861, but not found Israel's family:

I have 6 children registered on the GRO INDEX for them but no Elijah I am convinced its a mistake by some one on that 1851 census and it should be Eliza not ELIJAH.
Many thanks for your help, this family is full of strange events its keeping me busy and well out of mischief
