On Family search there's a John William Bruce Milne born in Peterhead 25 May 1857 parents Adam Milne Christina Bruce Unfortunately there is 22 marriages of a William Milne between 1863 and 1911 no William J's do you have any more info to narrow it down

John William B Milne died possibly 1934 in Peterhead age 77 you can view this death cert and it should name his parents and spouse to confirm its the right one

There's a tree on Ancestry that suggests John William Bruce Milne married Jane Bruce in Peterhead in 1893 - there's a marriage on Scotland's People between William Milne and Jane Bruce in Peterhead in 1893, which might be worth looking at to see if this is them.

Jane Milne (nee Bruce) died in 1919 in Peterhead.
