Can you help age and/or colour this photograph of Frederick Joseph tucker ?

I have this photograph of my 3rd great grandparents. Unfortunately I only have a scan and not the original. I'm hoping to get a date range for the picture and any information their clothes might give about their status. I know they married in May of 1893 so I imagine it's dated to around that date. I'm assuming it was taken in Dublin as that's where they lived.

Also I'm not sure if it's possible to colour this photo but if it is I'd really appreciate any attempt! My own photography skills are non existent.

Regarding your dating request, I'm no expert but I'd guess that the photo could be at least a decade later than 1893. But my strike rate is only about 50%. How old were they when they married? To me they look say 40-ish (her) and 45-50-ish (him).
Hopefully one of the dating experts will spot your request.
